Worth the money. We use it together with my husband. The quality, composition, taste, and size of the capsules are perfect; each capsule has a good dose of the active supplement. It has a good effect on cartilage and joints, strengthening connective tissue. After working out at the gym, my muscles hurt less. I see a clear advantage over pharmacy alternatives. Pain relief
